This is a Komon Kimono with 'Statue of Liberty' pattern, which was drawn on a postcard of NY from around 1920.
This pattern is based on the postcard's picture, which from Collection of Dorothy Twining Globus.
It is just the pattern from the prime Art Deco period!
This Komon Kimono has 4 different colors, and the original is pale purple.
